ELEKTROWIN a.s. is a non-profit organisation founded for purposes other than business, namely the purposes of operating and managing a collective system, ensuring the common fulfilment of the obligations stipulated by the amendment of the law for manufacturers, in terms of return, separate collection, processing, use and removal of electronic equipment and electronic waste. Subject of enterprise: The operation and management of a collective system ensuring that producers pursuant to § 37g (e) of Waste Act No. 185/2001 Coll., as amended, jointly comply with their obligations as set out in Part 8 of Chapter II of Waste act No. 185/2001 Coll., as amended, for the separate collection, taking back, treatment, recovery and disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment.
