A total of 417 manufacturers had signed a Contract on Collective Performance with ELEKTROWIN, a.s. by the end of 2006. These manufacturers had placed more than 82 000 tons of electrical and electronic equipment on the market in the space of a year. The largest percentage, more than 78 %, consisted of clients that placed category 1 electrical and electronic equipment on the market (i.e. large household appliances).
Motto:
“The quantity placed on the market in 2006 by manufacturers incorporated in the Elektrowin collective system represents a share of more than fifty percent of all electrical and electronic equipment intended for the household in terms of units of weight.”
