Household electrical appliances are divided into ten groups according to their types and purpose, which is a base for the definition of their completeness. The criterion is a description of how electrical energy is used in them, which is a basic guide for deciding whether any “electrical equipment” is eligible for the take back, or whether, it is, due to its fundamental incompleteness, just waste, though containing some remains of metals, plastic and other materials suitable for further use and treatment. In fact, every piece of electrical equipment is made of a certain type of machinery and a bearing structure, the combination of which is what defines the product.
