Foreign Producers and Importers

If producers or imports are not established in the Czech Republic, they are entitled to appoint an authorized representative on the basis of a written contract for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations set out in this Act. N. 542/2020 Col. paragraph 11, section 1, as amended, states:

If the producer is not established in the Czech Republic, he is entitled to appoint an authorized representative on the basis of a written contract for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations set out in this Act.
